Donna Reed came to Walden III as a caregiver for a resident and we loved her compassion and strength that we recruited her to work for Walden III as a Med Tech. Donna has over 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Service Case Manager and in caregiver field as a Certified Nurse Assistant and recently graduated with her degree in Psychology. It only seemed natural to promote Ms. Reed to Administrator of Walden III. Ms. Reed compassion to our residents is exemplifies the standard of excellence that Walden III strives for in our employees. Donna reside locally with her fiancé and two cats, Nico and Bunny.

Kerry Follweiler has been here what seems like centuries. Kerry started her career here in housekeeping back in the late 90’s, left to get married and start a family with her husband. Kerry returned in 2014 as overnight staff and progressed through the ranks to Med Tech. Kerry joined myself in the Administration office as my Administrative Secretary. Kerry resides in Bath with her husband Larry and daughter Lucy and her 4 dogs.

At Walden III we expect a bit more out of our medication technicians, and Tiffany Flamisch is a perfect example of that. With over 20 years of practical experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, that coupled with three generations of family history at Walden III equips Ms. Flamisch with that rare combination of skill set and personal connection with the facility which translates into the special mix of ability and empathy that serves our residents so well! Tiffany resides locally with her husband and 2 children and her 2 dogs, Lacey and Dixie.

Jordyn Sousa came to Walden from a skilled nursing facility. Jordyn graduated from ESU and NCC and is working towards her Midwife certification. Jordyn’s educational pursuits only serve to broaden her extensive knowledge of the kinds of medical issues that she helps our residents with daily. We are proud to have Jordyn on our staff. Jordyn resides locally and enjoys her dogs.
