RATES
Everything at Walden III is done on a 30-day basis. You renew your one-month lease at the beginning of each month. There is no entrance fee.
The basic monthly rates include:
24-Hour Supervision
A Monthly Health Check by Nursing Staff
All Meals and Snacks
Complete Recreation Program
Fully Furnished Rooms
Health Management Including Medication Monitoring
Housekeeping Services
Nutrition Management
Personal Laundry
Social Service Counseling
For residents managing their own personal hygiene, the above charges constitute the total monthly charge.

Single story, no steps or elevators
Spacious Grounds, lovely wooded setting
Tastefully furnished rooms and lounges
Private lavatory in every bedroom
Hairdressing salon/barber shop
Central air conditioning throughout
Sundry shop with lending library

Patios serving each section of the building
On site barber and hairdresser services are available at the resident’s expense. Telephone service by frontier telephone co. with direct billing to the resident or responsible party. Extra administrative and nursing services available at an agreed upon fee. Respite care available with a minimum one week stay.
